Dr. Paul Fiacco is one of the founding partner physicians at CNY Family Care, a large family care practice located in Syracuse, NY. He is also the former President of CNY AIM, the clinically integrated network affiliated and supported by St. Joseph’s Health and former Medical Director and board member of Trinity Health Integrated Care (THIC) one of the largest national Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) comprising of eleven Regional Health Ministries. Dr. Fiacco is currently a member of the Trinity Health Expert Panel on Palliative Care. He has been in private practice for over 30 years.
Dr. Fiacco obtained a B.S. degree, with Honors, from Syracuse University and a Medical Degree from the College of Medicine at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse, NY. He also completed a Family Medicine Residency Program and a Fellowship in Medical Informatics at the State University of New York Health Science Center.
Dr. Fiacco is Licensed by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Office of the Professions, and qualified to practice Medicine and Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In the field of medicine, Dr. Fiacco has a special interest in Clinical Research and Palliative Care. He spends most of his free time being with his lovely wife, six children, six grandchildren, and friends.
